REQUIREMENTS

• Associates Degree in Computer/Information Science or Information System Management, or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 3 years overall experience in the IT field including
• Experience working in a production corporate IT environment performing network administration/technical duties
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory/group policy
• Advanced knowledge of event log troubleshooting
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Exchange or equivalent email platform
• Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP, general network protocols and topologies
