Job Title: Network Administrator (Full-Time, Fixed Term)
Location: Manorhamilton, Co. Leitrim
Hours: 9 am–5.30 pm, Monday–Friday
Salary: €30,000–€35,000 per annum (depending on experience)

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (preferred but not essential)
  • Minimum 3 years in administrative, training coordination, or marketing roles
  • Excellent communication, customer focus, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365; experience with WordPress and Canva
  • Comfortable managing basic sales and marketing tasks
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently
  • Confident building relationships with clients, providers, and internal colleagues
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to different systems, platforms, and databases
  • Reliable transportation for work related travel / driving license essential
Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

We’re seeking an ambitious and proactive Network Administrator to strengthen our fast‑paced, high‑impact team. You will coordinate training logistics, manage finance, drive marketing, and deliver excellent customer support, helping us grow and deliver value to our members.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate training bookings, data entry, and form collection
  • Manage invoicing, credit control, and financial reporting
  • Support procurement, funding applications, audits, and compliance
  • Create social media content, design posters, update the website, and coordinate events
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to member and provider needs in a helpful and timely manner
  • Maintain shared inboxes and escalate queries effectively
  • Use Sonraí (or similar) for data management and KPI tracking
  • Ensure GDPR and ESF+ funding compliance
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
