Description

Infosys is seeking a Network Administrator. This role requires close partnership and collaboration with Network Administration Teams involved in Service Delivery lifecycle and Subject Matter Experts to maintain needs to maintain best practices and coordinate with resources recognizing deadlines and quality of work requirements to successfully complete complex tasks and activities. This role requires close partnership and collaboration with Infosys and Client Management. This Candidate will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Tampa, FL, or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Information Technology.
  • IP Routing - BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, Static, Network Address Translation
  • Next Generation Firewall capabilities, configuration, and deployment primarily
  • Knowledge of remote user access technologies and WAN Technologies (MPLS, MetroE, DIA, Broadband, Fiberplus)
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Layer-3 protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, Static), route redistribution, and route filtering
  • Layer-2 protocols (Spanning-tree, HSRP).

  • Extraordinary Planning, Project Management, Coordination, and Analytical skills
  • Hands-on experience in working in Global Delivery Model with onsite/offshore resources
  • Exceptional Organizational Skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Readiness to demonstrate a proactive attitude
  • Solid attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
  • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
