Job Description The Network Administrator ensures the solidity and efficiency of the corporate network infrastructure, guaranteeing connectivity, security, and the operational continuity of communication systems. The successful candidate will directly manage network equipment, acting as a technical focal point for the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the Group's Local and Wide Area Network (LAN/WAN) architectures. Qualifications Network Management & Support: Manage and coordinate the routine administration of network equipment, ensuring operations comply with defined policies and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Installation & Configuration: Plan and execute the installation, configuration, and upgrading of switches, routers, firewalls, and other network devices. Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Examine, diagnose, and promptly resolve issues and anomalies arising from network operations and dedicated hardware. Monitoring & Security: Constantly monitor the performance, availability, and security of the network infrastructure, performing periodic tests and proactively managing incidents or criticalities. Project Participation: Actively participate in technological evolution projects, handling the testing of new solutions and their implementation within the corporate ecosystem. Documentation: Ensure the constant updating of technical documentation, including network maps, logical diagrams, and asset catalogs. Additional Information Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related technical fields, or solid equivalent experience in the sector. Specific technical expertise in network architectures and communication protocols. In-depth, hands-on experience with equipment and solutions from: Cisco, Aruba, Arista, Palo Alto, and Fortinet. Preferred professional certifications (e.g., CCNA / CCNP family or equivalent). Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues in enterprise network environments. Strong aptitude for continuous learning and a curiosity for evolving networking technologies. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken (B2 level or higher). Additional Skills (Plus): Experience managing network infrastructures in Public Cloud environments (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, AWS). Knowledge of network automation tools (Ansible and Git) and scripting for the optimization of manual tasks. Proficiency in using advanced monitoring systems and traffic analysis tools.
