Description

Network Architects is a Managed Service Provider (MSP) located in the Kirkland area. Our team of professionals is energetic, fun, and loves the IT industry. The most important quality we are looking for is a positive attitude along with a fun attitude towards IT. As a MSP, we provide and manage IT services for a wide range of clients in all industries. These services include areas such as monitoring, reporting, maintenance, remote support, hardware upgrades, networking, and more. We are rapidly growing and as such are in need of motivated IT professionals to join our team.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIRED (BASIC):

  • Strong knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols (TCP/IP).
  • Experience with Active Directory, GPO, Microsoft 365, and LAN technologies.
  • Familiarity with computer hardware, software, and peripherals/
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions.
  • Attention to detail and strong ability to detect issues quickly.
  • Good understanding of IP networking and Internet technologies in either.
  • Cisco/Cisco Meraki/SonicWALL Networks.
  • Working knowledge of Wireless Systems/Deployments is desired.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Windows Servers is desired.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of macOS technical support is a plus.
  • MUST be able to travel to Corporate HQ (Kirkland, WA).
  • Non-restricted Washington driver’s license.
  • Reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance.
  • Ability to maintain professional appearance.
  • Ability to maintain punctuality.
  • Willingness to participate in rotating on-call schedule.
  • Willingness to continue education/attain Certifications if/when requested.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Ability to work on and adjust to multiple client networks in one day.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations.
  • Ability to carry up to 40 lbs.
  • Ability to utilize ladders.
  • Background check required.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • 3-4 Years’ experience supporting Network Infrastructure in an enterprise environment.
  • 3-4 Years’ experience supporting Windows 10/11 in an enterprise environment.
  • 3-4 Years’ experience supporting Windows Server 2016/2019/2022/2025 in an enterprise environment.
  • 3-4 Years’ experience supporting Users in a remote capacity.

EXPERIENCE (WITHIN A CORPORATE ENVIRONMENT) WITH THE FOLLOWING VENDORS DESIRED:

  • Microsoft 365 (Administration).

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and Network-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
  • Assist with the setup and configuration of Windows systems, peripherals, and software applications.
  • Maintain Windows server infrastructure, including backups, OS/firmware patching, and monitoring performance.
  • Maintain various Client support systems (Server Backup, Windows Patching, Network Management).
  • Assist Engineering Staff with Network/Server hardware deployments.
  • Train End Users in the use of software and hardware as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
