Salary: $65,000-$80,000 annually

• Network infrastructure management and troubleshooting (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Network Security and Monitoring.
• Active Directory administration.
• Azure and office 365 administration
• Investigating, evaluating and implementing new software and hardware.
• Helpdesk.
• Hardware support including, servers, desktop, mobile phones, printers, scanners and other peripheral equipment.
• Work with end users and other IT support teams to handle requests and troubleshoot and resolve incidents.
• System Maintenance
• Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person.
• Communicate technical issues and solutions clearly to non-technical users.
