pasUNITY is seeking a senior Network Administrator with a strong work ethic and capable of working independent of direct supervision to handle the day-to-day monitoring, maintenance, and technical support of its premier hosting environment.
As a Network Administrator you will share responsibilities related to the administration and technical support of a 100+ server hosting environment with VPN links to remote physical locations and supporting thousands of remote users.
The ideal candidate possesses a four year or equivalent education but this may be waived with the appropriate experience or technical education. Cisco CCNP certification or equivalent is a plus.
The ideal candidate has experience in physical networking and can support Microsoft Windows operating systems running on Dell modern hardware.

Typical duties include monitoring of the environment with Microsoft Systems Center management suite, regular maintenance of data center equipment and software to include patch-management and tuning, regular backups, remote software installations/troubleshooting, and implementation of a disaster recovery plan. This is a predominantly remote position with the expectation that you will need to travel to the remote data center in Reston, VA every other week and as needed for maintenance and upgrades.
Network environment consists of a single forest, multi-domain Active Directory model containing 100+ Windows 2016/2019/2022 servers supporting IIS, SQL Server, Exchange, and Remote Desktop Services all running on Dell PowerEdge servers.
