SAIC is seeking Network Administrators to join the Machine-assisted Analytic Rapid-repository System (MARS) Advanced Development Operations (DevOps) and Sustainment Support (ADOS) program and provide on-site technical and administrative support to facilitate operations of critical MARS infrastructure and services. This effort focuses on providing a comprehensive set of System/ Software Engineering and IT Services to maintain, sustain, enhance, and improve/ modernize MARS.
This position will be located in the National Capital Region.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge of IT service management best practices and frameworks such as ITIL
  • Working knowledge of hardware configuration management tools and logistics tracking systems
  • Experience with automation tools and scripting languages to streamline network operations
  • Familiarity with NIST, STIG, RMF, and Federal Information Systems Controls
    Target salary range: $160,001 - $200,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance, performance, and security of the network infrastructure.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot network-related software and hardware systems, including switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points, and encryption devices
  • Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols and work with IP-based networking environments
  • Evaluate, develop, and sustain telecommunications infrastructure and ensure conformance with organizational IT policies and objective
