Responsibilities
  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining network systems.
  • Providing escalated technical support to address complex network issues to our clients.
  • Conducting network performance analysis and implementing improvements.
  • Contributing to the planning and execution of network-related projects.
  • Expertise in network administration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • In-depth knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex network-related issues.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance overall system performance.
  • Experience in implementing and managing security protocols within network infrastructure.
  • Perform service calls at client’s facilities as assigned.
  • Document all work time by the close of business each workday in Autotask or other formats as requested; document all leave time to ensure accurate data for reporting.
  • Assist in developing DataPerk business.
  • Pursue training and development opportunities. Strive to continuously build knowledge and skills. Prioritize and plan work activities. Set goals and objectives. Volunteer readily. Seek increased responsibilities.
  • Maintain and create files for new accounts as needed.
