MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Associate’s degree in a technical discipline and 3-4 years technical/telephony experience with 3+ years directly related to the job; or 6+ years of directly related telephony or network operations experience and/or an equivalent combination of education and directly related experience required.
The compensation range for this position is from $46,100 - $58,800.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

As a Tier 3 Network Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our network infrastructure. You will be responsible for providing advanced support for a range of network products, including cell site backhaul, Ethernet, waves, and dark fiber. Your technical expertise in routing and switching, along with your troubleshooting skills, will be essential in resolving complex network issues and ensuring seamless communication across the network. This position can be filled remotely anywhere within the country.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Provide advanced technical support for network products including cell site backhaul, Ethernet, waves, and dark fiber
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex network issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
  • Collaborate with Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams to escalate and resolve network issues efficiently
  • Perform network routing and switching operations to optimize network performance and reliability
  • Maintain clear and concise documentation of network configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide updates and solutions to network issues
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in telecom fiber technologies and integrate them into network operations as needed
  • Conduct regular network performance assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
  • Participate in network planning and development to enhance existing network infrastructure
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all network operations
