JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Network Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining computer networks, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of hands-on experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and advanced knowledge of network setup and security. This is a critical position requiring expertise in network administration, monitoring, and problem resolution to support the organization’s IT infrastructure.

QUALIFICATIONS (MANDATORY)

  • Associate degree in Computer Network Administration.
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Network Analyst or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of hardware, software, and network installation techniques.
  • Exceptional ability to provide network support and resolve errors.
  • Extensive experience with Inter-Network Operating Systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of network setup and security.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (asset).
  • Ability to stay current with IT network technologies.
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES (MANDATORY)

  • Design, implement, and maintain computer networks to meet organizational needs.
  • Analyze network infrastructure and identify areas for improvement in performance, security, and scalability.
  • Monitor network performance & troubleshoot connectivity issues, hardware/software malfunctions, and performance bottlenecks.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct capacity planning for current and future demands.
  • Collaborate with system administrators, security analysts, and developers to integrate network systems with IT components.
  • Evaluate and recommend network technologies, protocols, and tools.
  • Implement and enforce network security policies and procedures.
  • Perform network audits and assessments to identify and remediate vulnerabilities.
  • Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end users.
  • Participate in network-related projects (upgrades, migrations, installations).
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers for procurement.
  • Conduct training sessions/workshops for end users.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
