Job Details Job Location: Fort Collins, CO Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $68800.00 - $80000.00 Salary Travel Percentage: Negligible Job Shift: Day Description POSITION SUMMARY The Network Analyst - Strategic Alliances plays a critical role in managing and strengthening BillGO’s relationships with major card networks (Visa, Mastercard, Discover). This role provides analytical, reporting, and relationship support, ensuring BillGO and its network partners operate with alignment, transparency, and shared growth goals. Unlike client-facing roles, this position focuses on internal and external collaboration with card networks, providing insights, reporting, and proactive communication to support BillGO’s strategic partnerships. AREA OF FOCUS All other duties as assigned, plus… Data & Performance Analysis Analyze transaction and network performance data, with emphasis on virtual card usage, interchange trends, and settlement activity. Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency improvements, or cost optimization. Reporting & Insights Develop and deliver reporting packages tailored to card network partners. Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with network partners by preparing slides, metrics, and insights. Track KPIs related to network performance and BillGO’s business objectives. Relationship Support Act as day-to-day support for the Strategic Alliances lead managing card networks. Draft and coordinate proactive communications with Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Document and follow up on action items from partner meetings. Collaboration & Advocacy Work with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Product, Compliance) to ensure BillGO’s obligations to card networks are met. Advocate for BillGO’s needs in data sharing, pricing discussions, and strategic initiatives. Market & Network Research Stay current on card network trends, new programs, regulatory changes, and competitive activity. Provide internal stakeholders with updates and implications of network developments. Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 2–4 years of experience in payments, card networks, or data/financial analysis. Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI/reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in preparing partner-facing materials. Knowledge of card networks, virtual cards, or interchange economics strongly preferred. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in supporting partner relationships. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Accuracy and timeliness of reporting for card networks. Quality of insights provided to internal leadership and network partners. Responsiveness and reliability in supporting Strategic Alliances leadership. Contribution to growth and optimization initiatives with card networks.
