• Support of the international LAN, WAN, WLAN and VPN infrastructure
• Monitoring, error analysis and troubleshooting in the network and cloud environment
• Maintenance of security and authorization concepts
• Administration and continuous optimization of our hybrid IT landscape (on-premises, M365 and Azure)
• Design, implementation and optimization of hybrid IT architectures
• Collaboration with the IT team in analyzing existing systems and developing future-proof solutions.
• Support for digitization projects
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
