Job Title: Network Support Engineer Location: Lahore About the Role: In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the advanced management, optimization, and security of our clients' diverse technology stacks. You will be the technical escalation point, handle project deployments, and act as a trusted advisor to both our clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses deep, hands-on experience with the core platforms that define a modern MSP. Key Responsibilities: Client Infrastructure Management: o Serve as the primary technical expert for a portfolio of client environments. o Perform advanced troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root cause analysis. o Proactively monitor and maintain client systems to ensure optimal performance and security. o Design and implement technology solutions and improvements. Core Technology Expertise: o Syncro RMM/PSA: Mastery in platform administration, scripting, automation, workflow creation, and leveraging the PSA for e􀆯icient service delivery. o SentinelOne: Advanced configuration, threat hunting, policy management, deep-dive incident investigation, and remediation guidance. o Email Security (Check Point/Hornetsecurity or similar): Configuration of policies (anti-spam, anti-malware, DLP), quarantine management, threat analysis, and reporting. o Microsoft 365 Ecosystem: Comprehensive tenant administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Azure AD/Entra ID). Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager): Deployment, configuration, and management of policies for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices (autopilot, compliance, application deployment). Defender for Endpoint integration and management. o Bitdefender GravityZone (or similar): Management of the security suite, policy configuration, and response to alerts. o Endpoint Encryption: Full-disk encryption management, specifically Microsoft BitLocker. This includes policy deployment via Intune, recovery key escrow and management, troubleshooting encryption/decryption issues, and ensuring compliance. Security & Compliance: o Implement and enforce security best practices across all managed environments. o Lead responses to security incidents and participate in regular security reviews. o Ensure client configurations meet compliance requirements. Client & Team Collaboration: o Act as a technical consultant for clients during Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). o Mentor and provide escalation support to Tier 1 & 2 engineers. o Document solutions and processes meticulously in the IT Glue/Knowledge Base. Required Skills & Experience (Non-Negotiable): Fresh or experienced 1-5 years of hands-on experience in an MSP or similar IT services environment. Proven, recent expertise in administering and troubleshooting: o Syncro RMM/PSA platform. o SentinelOne EDR platform. o An Email Security Gateway, preferably Check Point (or Proofpoint, Mimecast, Barracuda). o The Microsoft 365 stack, including Intune and Defender. o A business-grade AV/EDR platform like Bitdefender GravityZone. Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Firewalls). Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues to non-technical clients. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a commitment to exceptional customer service. Preferred Qualifications: Relevant certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, CompTIA Security+, SentinelOne SOC Specialist, etc. Experience with additional MSP tools: Datto BCDR, IT Glue, Hudu, ConnectWise, Autotask. Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation.
