We are looking for a Network and Security Consultant (m/f/d) for our client in Düsseldorf. This position is aimed at IT experts with experience in operating complex network and security infrastructures. You will primarily work remotely, with an average of one day per week in Düsseldorf required. A security clearance is necessary for this position.

As a Network and Security Consultant, you will be responsible for Cisco networks, firewall systems from various manufacturers, and possess a solid understanding of virtualization, backup, and storage infrastructures. You will ensure the secure and stable operation of the customer's entire IT infrastructure.

Enterprise network planning; administration of Cisco Nexus, Catalyst, and ASR; operation of Cisco FirePower (FTD and ASA); administration of Check Point NGFW and NGTP; support of FortiGate and FortiWeb; administration of Genua products GenuScreen, GenuGate, and GenuCenter; operation of the Skyhigh Secure Web Gateway; load balancing (Netscaler, etc.); support of Dell/Brocade storage and Fibre Channel switches; administration of Linux and Windows systems; configuration of IPv4 routing; troubleshooting and optimization of network and security infrastructure.
