ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network and Security Engineer to join our high-performing Network Services team, working across both project delivery and operational support. Reporting to the Practice Manager Network Services, this hands-on role is focused on maintaining, securing, and optimising critical infrastructure for some of Australia’s most essential organisations.
You’ll play a key role in delivering resilient, scalable network and security solutions, ensuring high standards of performance, availability, and compliance across a mix of regulated and enterprise environments.

WHAT YOU WILL DO HERE

• Deliver and support secure, high-performance network infrastructure across both project delivery and BAU operations
• Proactively monitor and maintain network and security systems, ensuring availability with optimal performance, Perform risk analysis to support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams and project managers to implement resilient infrastructure and security solutions
• Create and maintain accuracy in Network documentations, diagrams to support operational continuity.
• Ensure compliance with frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, and Essential Eight
• Provide afterhours support by participating in the on-call roster.
