The role:

→ Ensure stable, secure and cost-effective operation of cloud and data center platforms.→ Own SLA and KPI performance across platform services.→ Manage backup, recovery, high availability and business continuity.→ Lead capacity planning and lifecycle management.→ Manage external cloud, hosting and data center providers.→ Oversee incident, problem, change and capacity management.→ Support infrastructure and transformation projects, including build-to-run transitions.→ Ensure security, compliance and governance across the platform.→ Work closely with Information Security, IT Architecture and Application Management, with input into how team roles, processes and skills evolve.
