This role ensures that all network infrastructures are secure, scalable, and aligned with business and technology strategies. The ideal candidate possesses deep technical expertise, broad architectural vision, and the ability to translate business objectives into sophisticated, enterprise‑wide network solutions.Key Responsibilities: Develop enterprise-wide network architectures, standards, and technical roadmaps. Provide expert technical leadership and mentorship to engineering and operations teams. Design and implement complex network solutions across LAN, WAN, wireless, data centers, cloud, and hybrid environments. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements for network performance, security, and scalability. Maintain and enforce network architecture standards, best practices, and compliance requirements. Conduct architecture reviews to ensure alignment with design principles and organizational policies. Serve as the highest-level escalation point for advanced troubleshooting and network issues. Lead ideation and concept design for scalable and reusable network and hardware architectures. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including product, sales, marketing, and technology leads—to define and support the technology roadmap. Ensure all network systems comply with regulatory and security frameworks (e.g., NERC/CIP, SOX). Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Computer Architecture, or related field. 10+ years of experience in network architecture, including 5+ years in senior or principal-level roles. Outstanding English communication, both verbal and non-verbal. Background in automotive technology manufacturing (highly preferred). Proven experience designing and managing large‑scale global networks (LAN, WAN, data center, cloud, hybrid, wireless). Expertise in network security, SDN, and cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP). Deep knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, load balancing, VPNs, and core network protocols. Proficiency with network automation, monitoring, and observability tools. Strong vendor management and procurement experience. Demonstrated enterprise-level architecture leadership and mentorship capabilities. Strong technical documentation skills. Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments (e.g., NERC/CIP, SOX). Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex network issues.
