YOUR ROLE:

We are looking for an experienced and people-focused Network Area Manager to lead our Trade Store network across eight key locations in the west of Melbourne—including South Melbourne, Footscray, Sunshine, Sunbury, and Shepparton. This exciting opportunity is about more than managing day-to-day operations—it’s about inspiring and coaching high-performing teams, using insights to drive strategic sales growth, and building a strong, customer-first culture.
