Job Description Responsibilities: Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and resource schedules Coordinate project activities and support cross‑functional team collaboration Track project progress against established milestones and prepare status updates. Maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, action logs, risks, and issues. Support Partner Managers in identifying risks, escalating issues, and proposing mitigation steps. Facilitate project meetings and ensure follow‑up actions are completed. Assist with reporting requirements, including dashboards, summaries, and presentations. Support stakeholder communication by preparing materials and responding to inquiries as needed. Help ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business objectives. Drive innovation by proposing and implementing new strategies and initiatives This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager Qualifications Proven track of successfully managing and delivering projects, experience in cross border payments is a plus Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project) is a plus. Additional Information Visa is an EEO Employer.
