Keep it real Stay curious & listen well Key Responsibilities Act as single point of contact for providers (primarily nurse practitioners) to coordinate with Operations Perform provider management activities – provider availability, delinquent charts and queries follow up, inform NP for schedule changes, etc. Help providers through onboarding and coordinating necessary training Ensuring supplies are sent to your providers in timely manner and there is no interference in their visits Counsel provider for any operation related challenges and drive to optimized solution in line with organizational goals Keep track of the escalations and necessary information for provider management Responds to internal and external inquiries regarding operations; investigates and resolves problems, complaints, or discrepancies Identify and escalate priority issues Collaborate with entire management team to reach organizational and departmental goals Determine opportunities to streamline current processes Competency/Skills Good oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to work well in a team environment Strong analytical skills Dependable and flexible Good with time management (prioritizing tasks) Should be ready to work as per business requirement Flexibility for cross training Proficient in Words, Excel, and PowerPoint Quick Learner Problem solving and resolution skills Strategic thinker Good time management Education High school diploma or equivalent
