The goals of the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics program in MN are to 1) increase access to community-based mental health and substance use disorder services (particularly to under-served communities), 2) advance integration of behavioral health with physical health care, and 3) improve utilization of evidence-based practices on a more consistent basis. Position Summary: Employed by Range Mental Health Center, the Network Coordinator provides shared leadership in partnership with the Mesabi Behavioral Health Network to advance the Network’s collective mission and ensure alignment with CCBHC requirements. Serving as the Network’s primary convener and facilitator, the Coordinator supports collaboration among participating partner organizations, promotes network-wide strategic alignment and performance, and assists with implementation of CCBHC-related initiatives. This role maintains a neutral, system-level perspective, prioritizing collective outcomes and coordinated care across the Network. Based on organizational needs and candidate qualification, there may be an opportunity to combine this position with another part-time role to create a full-time (1.0 FTE) position. Full-Time is not a guarentee. Duties/Responsibilities: Network Coordination & Leadership Facilitate Network meetings, workgroups, and committees. Support shared decision-making and consensus-building. Maintain alignment with the Network’s mission, values, and goals. Strategic Planning & Implementation Support development and execution of Network priorities. Translate Network goals into coordinated action plans. Track progress and report on outcomes. Partnership Development & Maintenance Support onboarding of new Network partners. Strengthen relationships among partners. Address barriers to collaboration and coordination. Performance, Quality & Learning Support shared metrics and data-informed improvement. Coordinate quality improvement initiatives relevant to Network goals. Share best practices and lessons learned across partners. Communication & Transparency Serve as a central point of communication for the Network. Ensure timely, accurate, and transparent information sharing. Prepare reports or updates for Network governance bodies. Decision-Making Authority The Network Coordinator may: - Make day-to-day operational decisions related to Network coordination; - Recommend strategies, policies, or initiatives to the Network; - Implement Network-approved initiatives. The Network Coordinator may not: - Commit partners to financial or legal obligations; - Alter partner roles or responsibilities; - Bind the Network or CCBHC to agreements without proper authorization. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in public health, healthcare administration, nonprofit management, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered. Three to seven (3–7) years of professional experience in healthcare, behavioral health, nonprofit, public sector, or community-based settings. Demonstrated experience in coordination, facilitation, program management, or network support roles. Experience working across multiple organizations or with cross-sector partners, including facilitating meetings, managing shared initiatives, or supporting collaborative efforts. Familiarity with behavioral health systems, community-based services, and/or integrated care models. Experience supporting compliance, reporting, or implementation efforts related to grants, contracts, or regulatory requirements; CCBHC experience preferred but not required. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare meeting materials, summaries, and reports. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Adequate level of vision to use computer terminal. Sufficient hearing to accurately record information received verbally. Must be 18 years of age. Must be able to maintain a Minnesota driver's license and auto insurance EOE/AA
