ABOUT THE ROLE

UBDS are seeking a highly skilled Network / Infrastructure Engineer with hands-on experience to join our Secure Connectivity capability group, to provide specialist / dedicated support to UBDS clients’ infrastructure, technology roadmaps and programmes / projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will be responsible for the design and implementation of network solutions across a variety of client sectors.
• You will be a problem-solver, passionate about networking & technology
• Our customer-facing role will expose you to a diverse group of teams, providing endless opportunities for career growth in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
• You will develop yourself as an SME for other members of the team whose speciality is not networking.
• Effectively communicate with customers regarding technical issues and customer service inquiries, both orally and in writing.
• Collaborate with other team members to work together on outages, misconfigurations, and complex issues that may arise within customer networks.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot wireless, security, switching, and other various network-related issues
• Work with colleagues and our client’s teams to diagnose and resolve critical, escalated issues.
