Description PRIMARY PURPOSE: The Network Engagement Services Specialist leads projects that support the sustainability and growth of NTFB’s agency partners. This role helps design and deliver initiatives, tools, and learning experiences that build agency capacity, foster collaboration, and create a more equitable and connected network. The position also assists with programmatic opportunities through Network Engagement Services (NES) and strengthens relationships with agency partners. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Certifications: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience Special Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Detail-oriented, problem solver who delivers high-quality results in a fast-paced environment Experience with data analytics, program/project management, and organization skills Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders Able to work independently and/or collaboratively across multiple departments Proficient in Canva and Microsoft 365 Platforms Willingness to learn, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and take initiative Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Customer Relationship Management software (Salesforce/Blackbaud) is a plus Experience: Two years of experience working with nonprofit or community-focused programs, agencies or services Relevant professional experience in program administration, customer service, education, or community engagement PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate and manage the learning platform, Agency University, designing/creating content, managing user access, and tracking engagement Assist with planning, organizing, and coordinating virtual and in-person opportunities, events, and campaigns that promote NTFB’s partnerships, including managing and updating NTFB’s Partner Portal, Harvest Huddle, Professional Volunteers Program, Leadership Development Scholarship, Partner Volunteer Network, and other initiatives Collaborate with NES team on projects supporting NTFB’s feeding network, including planning and coordinating in-person workshops and virtual learning opportunities Build, maintain, and grow relationships internally with NTFB staff and externally with agency partners and vendors Gather partner feedback to help inform program growth and identify opportunities for improved engagement Support coordination of the annual Agency Partner Summit event in August Document and track data and outcomes related to the events, workshops and campaigns Assist with ordering collateral and other materials required for events and campaigns Research strategies to support NTFB's network growth, sustainability, and effectiveness Perform other tasks and duties as assigned MENTAL DEMANDS: The person in this position needs to adapt well in the face of workplace stressors, such as customer complaints, compliance offenses and competing priorities of reasonable or high significance to the successful function of the unit.
