• design the communication systems of companies
• design, install, and oversee the voice, data, and video communication systems, as well as decide on the appropriate hardware and software for telecommunications.
• Evaluates new equipment to determine the application, performance, and functional requirements for new model mobile equipment.
• Perform testing and repair of mobile equipments
• Assist in technical queries at customer service
• Interfaces with internal and external customers to provide technical support, answer questions and resolve issues.
• you’ll need to establish the networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation
• Report to management on improvement process
• Proactively advise on the business development plans to managment
