WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

• 5+ years in Network Engineering with strong knowledge of network fundamentals, network design and implementation of best and secure practices across large enterprise networks.
• Proven experience with Cisco Routing & Switching, Wi-Fi, Meraki, Palo Alto NGFW, SD-WAN, SASE/SSE, and Data Centre solutions (ACI/NDFC).
• Strong troubleshooting skills including packet and log analysis with proven technical documentation abilities.
• Expertise in Enterprise Voice/VoIP systems (e.g., Cisco Unified Communications, SIP).
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field; certifications like CCNP, CCNA, PCNSA, PCNSE are a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support with strategic planning, project implementation, and network deployment activities.
• Manage incident response and production support to maintain high network availability.
• Design and support telephony systems to deliver seamless business communications.
• Drive process improvement, conduct root cause analysis, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and enhance security frameworks, ensuring rapid detection and response to threats.
• Deliver network design and optimisation aligned with evolving business needs.
