REQUIREMENTS

• Cisco Networking Certification required
• Strong technical skills in Routing and Switching (core requirement)
• Proficiency in configuring and managing NGFW firewalls (Palo Alto / Fortinet)
• Knowledge of LAN, WAN, Wireless Networks, DNS, NAC (ClearPass), and monitoring tools
• Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus
• Palo Alto certification advantageous
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Service-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Network Engineer with strong routing and switching expertise and solid firewall knowledge to support and secure our network infrastructure. You will be responsible for installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and ensuring the network runs at peak performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install, configure, and support routers, switches, and firewalls
• Perform network maintenance, upgrades, and apply security patches
• Monitor network availability, performance, and capacity
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and prevent recurrence
• Support firewall rule implementation (User-ID, Application-ID)
• Assist in security incident response and remediation
• Participate in audits, vulnerability testing, and disaster recovery drills
• Stay current with new technologies, threats, and best practices
• Travel to local or overseas sites when required
