Reporting to the Network Services Lead, you will play a key role in supporting and managing Cisco-based network infrastructure while contributing to the ongoing evolution of Airservices' enterprise network environment. You'll work closely with technical specialists, project teams, stakeholders and vendors to maintain service continuity and deliver network improvements. 

• Day-to-day, you'll troubleshoot complex issues, support operational networks, participate in network upgrades and enhancements, and contribute to projects that modernise Airservices' network capability. The team works within a safety-critical environment where collaboration, accountability and technical excellence are highly valued.
