Description
  • Test and validate new hardware and software before it reaches customers, and lead the system integration work that keeps everything interoperable
  • Diagnose and resolve network and system issues at the root, working across TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VPN as well as Linux/Windows systems administration
  • Research emerging connectivity technologies and bring recommendations for continuous improvement back into the business
  • Collaborate across engineering, IT and operations to scope and deliver projects end to end
  • Provide technical support and training to internal stakeholders as the North American function grows
