PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or any related discipline.
• Industry-recognized network certifications such as CCNP, CCNA , or equivalent are strongly preferred.

SKILLS:

• Minimum 2 years of expereince in supporting high-tech factory environments using Cisco networking solutions .
• In-depth knowledge of Cisco Switches, Cisco Routers, FortiGate Firewalls, Palo Alto Firewalls, ClearPass NAC, F5 VPN, IPS, WLC, Access Points, and VSS/VLAN Architectures.
• Strong expertise in wired, wireless, and VPN network support, with a focus on enterprise-level manufacturing networks.
• Proficiency in network monitoring and diagnostic tools to ensure optimal performance and security.
