You are responsible for the operation, further development and consulting of modern network and security infrastructures for our customers.
You administer complex network environments including firewall, LAN, WLAN and security infrastructures.
You analyze errors, handle incident management, and perform changes and maintenance.
You plan and implement network and security projects, from technical design to migrations and rollouts, as well as workshops and customer consulting.
You provide technical advice to our customers and document solutions and operational processes.
You will provide support with tenders and presales activities.
You will participate in the on-call and shift system.
Depending on your experience, you may optionally take on professional or disciplinary management tasks: team leadership, employee development, resource planning and control of technical standards.
You will actively participate in the team's restructuring and transformation phase and contribute to the further development of the service portfolio
