MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Installation and improvement of network solutions in accordance to defined project(s)/contract(s)/CR’s / SLA.
Establish the network environment by configuring and optimizing network configuration in line with network standards and client’s requirements.
Provide maintenance and appropriate level of technical support of network systems, monitors its performance and schedule upgrades, troubleshoots and resolves issues and problems to ensure network availability, reliability and fulfill requirements according to the specification and project plan/ SLAs.
Monitors and tests network performance to ensure it meets documented user requirements
Actively monitor trends and new technological solutions, upgrades job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, in order to provide up-to-date solutions to the client and contribute to the maintenance of vendor partnership.
Elaborate and continuously update the documentation for the product / projects in order to comply with customers’ requirements as defined in project(s)/contract(s)/CR’s and ensures internal knowledge sharing and available documentation for internal use within the team/ business line.
Timely and accurately follow all relevant working procedures, in particular reporting, time tracking, project planning, information sharing, to ensure work is performed according to agreed standards and expectations, resource planning and specific KPIs.
Prepare and conduct of internal and external training in order to ensure utilization of the product and fulfilment of client’s needs and requests.
Secure network by establishing, documenting and enforcing policies and standards to ensure awareness, approval and success changes made to the network infrastructure
Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to individuals in the teams and increase work efficiency, create knowledge-based organization.
Provides technical support and creates network solution in order to support the sales process
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
2-4 Relevant experience on a similar position
Solid knowledge in implementation and support of network or IT systems
Relevant network/technical certifications
English language knowledge: Verbal communication, general writing and reading, creating documents and substantive communication
