Manage and maintain high-end network devices, providing L2 onsite support at Epsilon Data Center.

Implement and migrate network infrastructure across two data centres and two cloud environments (AWS, Azure).

Upgrade and troubleshoot network, firewall and load balancer devices, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.

Manage firewalls, VPNs and DNS services, and monitor network performance and availability using Sumo Logic and related observability tools.

•

Coordinate with vendors for hardware failures, performing root cause analysis and implementing solutions
