REQUIREMENTS:

• Practical experience with AWS cloud networking
• Solid understanding of VPNs, firewall systems , and cloud security
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, and Problem Management)
• Strong teamwork, communication, and documentation skills
• Cloud and networking certifications (AWS / Azure / GCP / Network+) will be an advantage

• Administer and troubleshoot Palo Alto Firewalls and GlobalProtect VPN
• Configure and maintain AWS networking components: VPC , Route Tables , Security Groups , NAT Gateways , Load Balancers
• Handle network incidents and service requests in accordance with ITIL standards
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to ensure reliable and secure connectivity
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation
