Profile Senior Network Engineer Work Location Kolkata Education Graduate Experience 3- 4 Years Job Description: We are seeking a Network Engineer to deploy switches, routers, and firewalls based on the Solution Deployment Document. * The ideal candidate should have advanced troubleshooting skills and experience with OEM-agnostic, heterogeneous deployments. * Responsibilities include providing day-to-day customer support, performing preventive maintenance, conducting site surveys, and preparing project documentation (including Scope of Work, site prerequisites, and handover documents). * Candidates should be proficient in designing, deploying, and maintaining LAN, WAN, wireless, and security solutions, with experience in multiple OEMs such as Cisco, Juniper, HPE-Aruba, Extreme Networks, Fortinet, Check Point, and Palo Alto Networks. Technical certifications must be completed as per company policies. The position is based in Kolkata, West Bengal, primarily serving existing customers and new clients. The candidate will be required to travel within Kolkata and outside for customer support and installations. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. Senior Network Engineer Qualifications:- Candidate must be a Graduate. Candidate should have Cisco/Juniper and security any certification and knowledge of Networking (Switching, Routing & Security). Candidate should have 3 - 4 years of relevant field experience.
