YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proven track record supporting enterprise networks with valid networking technical certifications demonstrating proficiency.
  • Experienced in supporting Firewalls (Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Cisco Firepower, Cisco ASA & AnyConnect Remote Access)
  • Experience supporting (Enterprise) Wi-Fi technologies including Cisco WLC or others
  • Troubleshooting and fault-finding routing issues (BGP, OSPF & EIGRP)
  • Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)

As an integral part of a Network Operations Centre, you’ll have fantastic opportunities to develop both yourself and our collective capabilities performing a mixture of RUN and Project activities with other likeminded Network Analysts. As part of the team, you’ll be empowered to:

  • Troubleshoot and configure enterprise networks.
  • Be responsible for Network incident diagnostics/resolution.
  • Network change implementation
  • Undertake Project Tasks, supporting both internal and external Project ManagersContinue to strengthen and bolster your existing capabilities through a mix of professional training, certifications, and experiences

Our Network Operations Centre (NOC) provides support at all levels for a multitude of technologies across complex landscapes, providing expertise to deliver a stable, secure, efficient and well managed infrastructure, over the full lifecycle of each solution. The strength of our NOC lies within our people, fostered by a supportive team culture.
Hybrid working : The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
