Job Description We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Network Engineer with CCNA certification to join our growing IT infrastructure team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, organizational skills, and the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues efficiently. Design, deploy, and maintain LAN/WAN network infrastructure using Cisco networking equipment and technologies Configure and manage routing and switching protocols to ensure seamless network connectivity and performance Perform comprehensive network troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify and resolve connectivity issues promptly Monitor network performance and analyze traffic patterns to optimize network efficiency and capacity planning Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, access control lists, and VPN configurations Document network configurations, changes, and procedures in a clear and organized manner for future reference Collaborate with IT teams to support network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvements Conduct regular network assessments and provide recommendations for system enhancements Respond to network incidents and provide technical support to resolve issues within established timeframes Stay current with industry best practices and emerging networking technologies Qualifications **Required Qualifications:** Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification Minimum 3 years of professional experience in network engineering or network administration Strong knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and network architecture Hands-on experience with Cisco routing and switching equipment Proficiency in LAN/WAN configuration and management Solid understanding of network security fundamentals and best practices Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot network issues systematically and efficiently Strong organizational and documentation skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities **Preferred Qualifications:** Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or higher-level certification Experience with cloud networking platforms and hybrid network environments Proficiency with network monitoring and management tools Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) frameworks Experience with network automation and scripting Familiarity with network design tools and software Strong communication and technical writing skills Additional Information We are driven by our AEIOU beliefs—Adventure, Excellence, Integrity, Ownership, and Unity—and we seek individuals who embody these values in both their professional and personal lives.
