OTHER HELPFUL SKILLS:
- Vmware Velocloud SDWAN.
- F5 load balancers (F5 Big IP) or other load-balancer platforms.
- Palo Alto firewalls and their administration using Panorama.
- Solarwinds experience
- Dynamic routing interaction with ISPs using BGP.
- Clear understanding of how network monitoring using ICMP and SNMP.
- Operational experience with TACACS+/Radius authentication systems (Cisco ISE).

Responsibilities:
- Worldwide level 1 and level 2 support for the network infrastructure
- Responsible for the maintenance, monitoring and ongoing support of the global Citco network, including WAN and LAN at the datacenters, remote offices worldwide, and external clients.
- Manage chronic problems to closure
- Show good common sense and decision making criteria
- Troubleshooting within the network scope and outside into other technology areas in assistance of other IT groups
- General network maintenance: software upgrades/patching of network devices (firewalls, routers, switches, SDWAN, etc)
- Abide by established processes, procedures and policies
- Participate in the on-call support rotation
- Flexibility with working shiftTravel potentially up to several times per year
