1. Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Network Engineer to manage and support enterprise network infrastructure across Cloud, Datacenter, and WAN/LAN environments. The role involves maintaining high network availability, ensuring system security, performing troubleshooting and root cause analysis, and supporting users and stakeholders across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Cisco Networking, SDN, Cloud Networking (Azure, AWS, or OCI), and automation tools such as Ansible and Jenkins. 2. Must-Have Skills (Mandatory) * Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in managing and troubleshooting Network Infrastructure and Services. * Strong expertise in Cisco switches, routers, Nexus switches, Cisco ACI, and Cisco ISE. * Proficiency in Static and Dynamic Routing Protocols, NAT, DMVPN, Multicast, and QoS concepts. * Good experience with Cloud Networking in Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). * Strong troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills for critical network issues. * Experience managing Datacenter and Branch Networks in production environments. * Proficiency with network diagnostic tools (e.g., Wireshark, DNS troubleshooting tools). * Willingness to work in a 24/7 operational support role and handle crisis situations effectively. 3. Good-to-Have Skills (Optional) * Knowledge of Software-Defined Networking (SDN) technologies such as Cisco ACI or Dell SDN. * Experience with automation and scripting using Ansible, GitHub, Jenkins, and basic Linux administration. * Familiarity with network backup, storage, and recovery procedures. * Strong documentation and log maintenance practices for periodic updates and compliance. * Customer-oriented approach with proven stakeholder communication and user support skills. 4. Qualifications & Experience * Education: BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics, or equivalent discipline. * Experience: Minimum 5 years in Network Operations, Cloud Networking, or Datacenter Management. * Certifications (Preferred): * Cisco certifications (CCNP, CCIE preferred). * Cloud Networking certifications (Azure Network Engineer Associate, AWS Advanced Networking, or OCI Networking). * Performance Indicators: * Network uptime and service availability. * SLA compliance and incident resolution time. * RCA quality and documentation accuracy. * User satisfaction and timely support delivery.
