Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network infrastructure.
• Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and other network devices.
• Monitor network performance, availability, and connectivity.
• Troubleshoot network outages, connectivity issues, and performance problems.
• Configure and maintain VLANs, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, NAT, and routing.
• Manage VPN connections and remote-access solutions.
• Perform network installations, configurations, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Monitor network security and identify potential vulnerabilities or unauthorized access.
• Coordinate with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and third-party vendors for connectivity-related issues.
• Maintain network documentation, configuration records, and asset information.
• Provide technical support for users experiencing network and connectivity issues.
• Conduct regular network health checks and preventive maintenance.
• Assist with infrastructure projects, office setups, migrations, and expansions.
• Ensure network infrastructure follows company security and IT policies.
• Maintain proper documentation of incidents, changes, and troubleshooting activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Network Engineering / IT Infrastructure in UAE.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, NAT, VPN, and routing.
• Experience with switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless networks.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
• Understanding of network security concepts.
• Experience working with Microsoft environments is an advantage.
• Knowledge of cloud networking concepts such as Azure or AWS is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and handle infrastructure-related incidents.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Certifications

Candidates with any of the following certifications will be preferred:

• Cisco CCNA / CCNP (Optional)
• Fortinet NSE / FCP
• Microsoft Azure certifications
• CompTIA Network+
• Other relevant networking certifications

Candidate Profile (Candidate should be in UAE)

• Minimum 2 years of UAE professional experience in a network/infrastructure role.
• Must have practical experience managing infrastructure in an established organization.
• UAE experience is required for at least 2 years.
• Strong troubleshooting mindset.
• Willingness to handle on-site infrastructure support when required.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond to network incidents promptly.
• Should have valid driving license and car.
