AS A NETWORK SYSTEMS ENGINEER, YOU WILL:

Provide technical support via the Deloitte Service Desk Portal, email, and phone
Work on maintenance, administration, testing, troubleshooting, and diagnostics
Support Data Centre operations, audits, and project activities
Assist in design, implementation, and documentation of network solutions
Participate in on-call duties and escalate critical issues when necessary
Skills/ Qualifications
Fortinet NSE5 certification (or ability to obtain it)
5+ years of experience in an IT support environment
Familiarity with networking technologies (Fortinet NSE6, Juniper, Aruba, IP Telephony)
Strong knowledge of routing, switching, and security appliances
Understanding of Windows, Linux, and monitoring systems
Additional Requirements
Australian Citizenship (NV1 security clearance required)
Experience with government or commercial sector compliance/security standards
Work Entitlement
Due to the nature of the clients this role will be working with, you must be an Australian Citizen and must have a Negative on the Australian Government Security Vetting.
