Description
Minimum 3 years of experience in NDO/RAN roles (operations, optimization, or support) with practical execution responsibilities. Operational experience with 2G/3G/LTE/5G NR technologies in pre/post-launch and network support activities. Experience with OSS/NMS tools and ticketing systems; basic drive-test or benchmarking tool experience preferred. Other ones are valued. Technical knowledge: fundamentals of RAN (mobility, radio propagation basics, KPI interpretation, neighbor relations, handover tuning) and ability for first/second-level diagnosis. Operational skills: capacity to rigorously follow workflows, execute authorized changes, and fully document evidence for senior engineers to perform advanced analysis. Tools and automation: use of OSS/NMS and ticketing systems; basic scripting knowledge (Python or shell) or experience with simple automations is a plus. Communication and documentation: clear technical writing, status reporting, and ability to convey findings in a structured manner to team leaders. Soft skills: autonomy in execution, critical judgment for escalation, attention to detail, and proactive attitude to identify improvements. Proficiency in automation technologies (Python, SQL) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage. Advanced skills in RF planning and design, including antenna theory, propagation models, traffic forecasting, and link budget calculations.
