Join our Team About the Opportunity We are looking for an experienced 5G Radio Optimization Consultant to be assigned to a major 5G project for local customer. This role goes beyond standard optimization engineering. The successful candidate will provide close support and mentorship to Customer engineering teams in RAN domain, leading them to build competency in managing and optimizing the latest Ericsson 5G technologies. This is fundamentally a knowledge transfer and expert advisory position. What You Will Do To mentor and provide hands-on knowledge transfer to Customers engineering teams on advanced topics such as 5G SA/NSA, VoNR, EPSFB, and IRAT. To closely monitor and analyze network performance (KPIs) alongside the Customer team's post-acceptance, identifying areas for improvement. To lead root cause analysis for complex network issues and provide technical guidance throughout the resolution process. To serve as the subject matter expert, answering technical questions about Ericsson products, features, and optimization best practices. To prepare and present regular status reports on project progress and technical findings to relevant stakeholders. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related field. At least 3 years of 5G RAN and 5 years of 4G/3G/2G experience of Radio Network Optimization. In-depth, hands-on experience with Ericsson 4G/5G RAN equipment and software. Expertise in 5G SA/NSA architectures, parameter tuning, and KPI analysis. Exceptional communication and mentoring skills, with a proven ability to transfer complex technical knowledge effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Fluency in both Turkish and English is required for team collaboration and technical documentation. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a similar consulting or knowledge transfer role Relevant Ericsson certifications.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will mentor and provide hands-on knowledge transfer to customer engineering teams on advanced 5G topics. They will also monitor network performance, lead root cause analysis for complex issues, and serve as a subject matter expert on Ericsson products.
