Manage and support Vendor partners as required (technology / hardware / software / testing / integration, etc.,) Seven years hands-on experience in design and operation of Cisco LAN/WAN/Wireless networks in a large enterprise environment Sound understanding of Cisco infrastructure architecture (network, storage, and hosting) Tier-2/3 support experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) environment Advanced level troubleshooting skills in Cisco routers, switches, wireless, SDWAN and SD-Access Problem-solver mindset with a passion for learning new technologies; skilled in grasping the big picture, conceptualizing, developing, and implementing solutions, and partnering closely with business leaders and IT business towers Experience managing large global network infrastructure projects Strong communication skills - comfortable leading troubleshooting bridges with customers and vendors Strong team player with multi-tasking skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong documentation skills to develop knowledge-based articles for the adoption of new technologies in NetOps
