We are looking for a skilled Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our company’s network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure the reliability, performance, and security of network systems to support our business operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and VPN networks.
  • Monitor network performance and optimize as needed.
  • Install and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Collaborate with IT team to support network security measures.
  • Perform network capacity planning and recommend upgrades.
  • Provide technical support and resolve network issues promptly.
  • Maintain documentation related to network configurations and procedures.
  • Stay updated on the latest network technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Network Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF).
  • Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar network hardware.
  • Familiarity with network security technologies (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £170.00-£180.00 per day
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
