In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain complex network systems that support both VectorUSA and our customers’ business operations. You will bring expertise in LAN/WAN/WLAN environments, ensuring the stability and performance of diverse client networks. To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of five years of experience, hold a CCNP certification, and possess hands-on experience with Cisco Voice (CUCM and UCCX), along with Aruba networking technologies. The Skills You Will Gain: Collaborate with a high-performing team to architect innovative network solutions Enhance your proficiency in Aruba and Fortinet technologies, as well as Cisco systems Build strong relationships with key manufacturer partners to stay at the forefront of technology trends Gain industry insights that will keep you ahead of evolving networking solutions and customer needs How Far You Can Go: Opportunity to become a subject matter expert in advanced network engineering solutions Take on leadership roles or responsibilities within a rapidly growing organization, shaping your career path What Your Typical Day Will Be: Maintain, troubleshoot, and support enterprise network systems, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless systems, and VoIP Install, configure, and upgrade network hardware and firmware, including Aruba wireless controllers and access points Document all work actions per company and client standards, using tools such as Microsoft Visio and Excel Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and third-party service providers to resolve complex technical issues Perform systems testing and troubleshooting across diverse networking systems Provide 24/7 support for critical systems, with potential for night, weekend, or on-call shifts Other duties as assigned What You Bring to The Table: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on network engineering experience CCNP certification is required Expertise in Cisco Voice (CUCM and UCCX) Strong working knowledge of Aruba wireless solutions, including controllers, access points, and switches Deep understanding of TCP/IP protocols, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), and Quality of Service (QoS) Proficiency in maintaining and troubleshooting network technologies such as routers, switches, and firewalls Ability to clearly communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel in high-pressure environments Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects independently Ability to work on varied shifts and participate in an on-call rotation when necessary Preferred Experience: Additional certifications in Cisco or Aruba products Experience with Fortinet networking products Compensation Range Starting at: $110,000/yr.
