Job Description We are on the lookout for a Network Infrastructure Engineer II to join the Network team within ETS tribe on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. In this role you will be supporting in the network engineering team to: Change Management: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Change Requests (CRs), from drafting technical plans and impact assessments to execution and post-change validation. Manage & Optimize: Maintain office network infrastructure, ensuring high availability across Wi-Fi, IoT, and SD-WAN tunnels. Multi-Vendor Integration: Comfortably navigate and configure diverse hardware environments (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Extreme Networks), ensuring seamless interoperability. Execute Projects: Lead small-to-medium deployment projects, such as hardware refreshes or small office network setup. Security & Health: Monitor network security posture and performance, proactively resolving bottlenecks before they impact users. Qualifications Experience: 4–7 years in enterprise network engineering or a recent degree/certification (CCNP, PCNSE, FCSS). Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto/Fortinet firewalls, Extreme Networks and Arista switching or Aruba wireless. Protocols: Solid understanding of switching and routing protocols, wireless technologies and IPSec VPNs. Adaptability: Proven ability to quickly learn and support new networking technologies and vendor platforms as the business evolves. Change Governance: Experienced in working within structured Change Control environments (e.g., ITIL) and writing detailed rollback procedures. Wireless: Proficient in Wi-Fi heatmapping and troubleshooting interference issues. Tools: Skilled in using Wireshark for packet analysis and PRTG for alerting.
