Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a talented Network Engineer to join our team and help drive technical excellence and ensure that we are delivering innovative solutions to our customers. You will support our customers through day-to-day maintenance, support of the network environment, core network upgrades and projects, monitoring network engineering performance and ensuring system availability and reliability.

SOME OF THE KEY THINGS YOU’LL DO:

  • Responsible for the network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls and other network devices.
  • Oversee Project and BAU operations, ensuring optimal network performance and compliance of firewalls, routers, switches, wireless, and load balancers.
  • Manage design, plan, and execute network projects, ensuring smooth handover to operations.
  • Monitor network performance, resolve incidents proactively and ensure service continuity within SLAs.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex network issues and major incidents.
