About the Position: Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Network Engineer to join the IT Operation Engineering & Support team. The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are: * Design, deploy, and support enterprise network solutions (LAN/WAN, SD‑WAN, VPN, and cloud connectivity) * Configure, maintain, and optimize routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure * Monitor network performance and troubleshoot incidents using industry-standard diagnostic tools * Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and configuration optimization to ensure scalability and reliability * Implement and enforce network security controls, including firewall rules and compliance standards * Collaborate with vendors and internal IT teams to deliver secure, resilient network solutions * Document network architecture and changes, support audits, disaster recovery initiatives, and end‑user network issues About You: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field * 3+ years of experience in network engineering, infrastructure, or enterprise network support * Strong understanding of core networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) * Hands-on experience with enterprise networking platforms such as Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, or equivalent * Experience with cloud networking (Azure, AWS), virtualization, and multi-site network design * Knowledge of SD‑WAN, Zero Trust architecture, network segmentation, and modern security principles * Proficiency with network monitoring and automation tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Ansible); CCNA/CCNP or equivalent certifications preferred, with strong analytical and communication skills.
