Your new role 

Within this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for: 

• Designing, implementing and maintaining network and security infrastructure across a broad range of client environments.
• Leading the technical delivery of client network projects.
• Undertaking research and development duties, making recommendations to clients and the business internally.
• Supporting hybrid cloud and datacentre networking.
• Acting as a senior technical escalation point for complex networking and connectivity issues.
• Assisting with designing and implementing secure network architectures.

What you'll need to succeed 

To be successful in this role, you will have: 

• Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, managing, and maintaining network & security infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Fortinet / Cisco / Aruba routing & switching, FortiGate / Cisco / Palo Alto firewalls, MPLS / SD-WAN and security best practice.
• Experience with Azure / AWS cloud networking is advantageous.
• A tertiary education in Information Technology, alongside Fortinet, Cisco, Aruba, Palo Alto and Azure certifications are preferred.
• Previous experience working for an MSP or Consultancy.
